The New Mexico Chapter of the American Marketing Association unveiled a new logo on Thursday, January 15, 2009.
Its new brand identity represents a significant milestone in the organization’s history and marks the organization’s evolution into a flourishing center for community, resources and education.
In 2008, the Board of Directors, led by then-President James Martinez, owner of FastSigns on the Two, decided it was time that the NMAMA update its look and modernize its brand. Tangerine Café was selected from a group of five potential candidates to develop the new logo and collateral. A re-branding committee, which was comprised of board and committee members as well as members-at-large, was assembled to select the creative firm and approve the final designs.
