She practices in the Business Department primarily in the areas of Intellectual Property; specifically, patent, copyright and trademark law and entertainment law.  She is a registered patent attorney with the US Patent and Trademark Office. </p>
<p>Mrs. Constant brings over twenty years of business experience to her practice including two years as a Process Engineer at a nuclear-chemical processing plant in Washington State, fourteen years as a Process Engineer, Projects Manager and Department Manager at Intel, a major semiconductor manufacturing company, and five years in partnership with her husband running a small health care business.</p>
<p>Mrs. Constant was selected and honored by the New Mexico Technology Council as one of New Mexico’s Women in Technology-2010.<br />

<p>In addition to this, Duran also serves as a faculty member at the University of New Mexico Anderson School of Management Development Center.</p>

<p>Dodd has also spent time at companies such as CLEC, ALLTEL, and TCBY, developing marketing strategies, handling media planning and buying, and managing corporate and local marketing efforts.</p>
<p>She has won marketing leadership awards at both ALLTEL and CenturyLink.</p>
<p>Dodd received her Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Journalism with an emphasis in Advertising and Public Relations from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville.</p>
