<p><img src="http://nmama.org/wp-content/uploads/2012/04/portrait-Winge-sm-2gowithpanel.jpg" alt="" title="portrait-Winge-sm-2gowithpanel" width="112" height="152" class="alignright size-full wp-image-4749" /><strong>Karolyn Cannata-Winge</strong>, moderator, has more than 20 years of professional experience in visual communication, design, journalism and strategic communication, Karolyn joined the UNM Department of Communication &#038; Journalism faculty in January 2005. She teaches classes in multimedia journalism and strategic communication with an emphasis on visual communication, design, conceptual thinking, creativity and teamwork.</p>
<p><strong>Ian Anderson</strong> was named publisher of the New Mexico Business Weekly in September of 2011. He is an accomplished advertising and media professional with a history of consistent audience growth at American City Business Journals along with specializations in new product development and implementation. He was the 2010 winner of the prestigious Eagle Award, an annual competition within the Business Weekly’s parent company, Charlotte, N.C. based American City Business Journals. He consistently ranked among the top 3 weekly business newspapers across the country owned by ACBJ, a wholly owned subsidiary of Advance Publications- boasting “sister” titles such as Vogue, Vanity Fair, the New Yorker, and Conde Naste Traveler.  Ian currently sits on the board of directors for Junior Achievement New Mexico and CNM Foundation.</p>
<p><strong>Milt McConnell</strong> is the Cumulus Media Albuquerque Market Manager, overseeing 100+ employees across 7 radio stations, a traffic network and digital advertising platform. Milt just celebrated 25 years in Albuquerque broadcasting. Among his many honors, McConnell was named one of the country’s Best Radio Managers by Radio Ink Magazine in 2010, 2009, 2008 and 2005. He was awarded the 2004 “Silver Medal” award winner from the New Mexico Advertising Federation for his contribution to the advertising community and named New Mexico Broadcasters “Broadcaster of the Year” in 1998.</p>
<p><strong>Sherri Trujillo Hall</strong>, a native New Mexican and UNM graduate, has been in the television industry for more than 20 years. Her career includes an Account Executive position at Rick Johnson &#038; Co. where she helped develop and manage high level campaigns for clients such as PNM, the Heart Hospital of NM and the NM Dept of Tourism.  She has been at KOAT-TV creating customized campaigns for her clients for 10 years, twice being named Eagle Award Winner / Account Executive of the Year.</p>
<p><strong>Sally Adams</strong> is the current President of Clear Channel Outdoor in New Mexico where they donate nearly 700k worth of non profit billboard space to over 50 local non-profits each year. She is the past chair of Albuquerque Economic Development, The Albuquerque Convention and Visitors Bureau, and Junior Achievement of New Mexico. Sally was awarded the US Attorney General’s Citizen of the Year in 2004 in  recognition of  her work in  helping create an awareness campaign for Project Safe Neighborhood, and the Presidential Volunteer Service Award from President Bush personally in August of 2005 for her work in Junior Achievement. </p>
