Are your ideas and creative assets protected? Trademark law can be one of the most important things you need to know about protecting your inventions, literary and artistic work, images, and designs. Anyone interested in creating and protecting their brand, either through company names, logos, or slogans should attend this event.
Gina Constant, Associate with Rodey Law Firm and specialist in Intellectual Property, will explain how to protect your work and your clients:
• When you need to be protected by a trademark instead of a copyright or by patent law
• How to choose a strong mark
• What constitutes trademark infringement?
