Flying Star’s Community Brand

Flying Star’s dynamic presence on the Albuquerque restaurant and coffee scene is a real success story. Starting out as the new, fun place to go in Nob Hill in 1987, the franchise now includes six locations in Albuquerque and restaurants in Santa Fe, Bernalillo and Corrales. That doesn’t count the 8 Satellites around town for coffee lovers!

Join Lindsay Lancaster, Flying Star Cafe and Satellite Coffee’s Director of Marketing and Public Relations as she takes us on a short tour of Flying Star’s last 23 years of brand-building and community-growing.

Since she joined the organization in 2005, Lindsay has been instrumental in increasing concept visibility and sales though community partnerships and creative product marketing campaigns. She contributed to Flying Star Cafe’s receiving the state Community Neighbor Award by the National Restaurant Association in 2007.

Lindsay will highlight the most successful components of the locally-grown Flying Star, as well as the tools and strategies behind their success. Learn:

- Low-cost ideas to help make your business accessible and successful
