JAVA TALK Presentation & Discussion

Customers consistently tell us that the most important and best ways to gain and keep their business costs almost nothing – word of mouth, reputation, genuine connection, superior service, and marketing that meets customer needs. So how do you build all of that into a consistent guerrilla marketing campaign?

In this interactive presentation and discussion, Sophie will show you:
• How guerrilla marketing has changed with changes in digital media
• How guerilla marketing changes with the size of your company
• When and where guerrilla works (and doesn’t) in New Mexico

Sophie Martin, MBA, is the president of Sophie Martin Public Relations LLC and Managing Editor of the award-winning Albuquerque city blog, the Duke City Fix. A regular panelist on KNME-TV’s New Mexico In Focus, she also directs social media outreach for the national news site The Faster Times. At UNM, Sophie teaches for the Anderson School of Management. She has been named to the New Mexico Business Weekly’s “40 Under Forty” list and is past president of the New Mexico Advertising Federation.

Java Talks are discussion-oriented, so bring your questions!
