Breda Bova, Ph.D., UNM Professor and Chief of Staff to UNM President Robert Frank, will share her expertise on generational cohorts in the workplace. Dr. Bova will give an overview of each generation, their behaviors, and how the groups can work together. Discover the values, perspectives and issues that differ across generations and the implications this has for marketers.

ABOUT OUR SPEAKER

Dr. Bova earned her Ph.D. in Adult Education from the University of New Mexico, an M.S. degree in Educational Research from the University of Dayton, Dayton, Ohio, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics Education from St. Thomas Aquinas College, Sparkhill, New York. She has carried out research with various populations in the areas of mentoring and generations in the workplace.

Some of her publications include Workplace Learning and Generation X, Mentoring Revisited: The African-Woman’s Experience, and Closing the Gap: The Mentoring of Generation X.
