Khalil Ekulona, Moderator
Khalil Ekulona is the host and producer of No More Normal, a pandemic focused radio show on KUNM. He’s been on television as the co-host of Good Day New Mexico on KOB4, The Prognosticators on ProView Sports, and as a correspondent with New Mexico PBS. He is a former educator who also makes hip hop music. You may have seen him behind your favorite bar when we
were allowed to go to such places. He also makes the best chocolate chip cookies you’ve never had.
Jason P. Anderson, Panelist
Jason P. Anderson is Chief Member Experience Officer at Nusenda Credit Union. He is co-leading diversity, equity, and inclusion strategy at Nusenda. Jason received a Diverse Business Leader Award in 2017 from Albuquerque Business First. In 2019, he was a co-keynote speaker at Oracle Corporation’s annual PRIDE employee resource group event.
Kristelle Siarza, Panelist
Kristelle Siarza is a business executive, non-profit founder and entrepreneur. In 2014, she founded Siarza Social Digital – a 360-degree digital marketing firm that pivots on innovation, curation and creativity. Kristelle has been honored as one of NM’s ‘Forty Under 40’ and she also received the “Women of Influence” award. As a Filipino-American, she is one of Albuquerque’s business owners from Asian descent. She also serves as volunteer Executive Director for the Asian Business Collaborative.
Michael Silva, Panelist
Michael M. Silva, Jr. has 20 + years of hospitality & tourism industry experience. In 2007 Michael co-founded ABQ Trolley Co., now a sub company of the newly named parent company, Albuquerque Tourism & Sightseeing Factory. In 2014, Michael founded Rude Boy Cookies. Michael is a frequent speaker on entrepreneurship and philanthropy, and serves on many boards. The 20th Annual New Mexico Ethics in Business Awards named Michael the winner of the award for Individual Excellence in Ethical Business Practice.
